The UDC Term and Call Maximiser Funds are managed fund investments that qualify as Portfolio Investment Entities (PIEs). PIE tax is capped at a maximum of 30%, so you effectively pay no more than 30% tax on your PIE income, even if you usually pay income tax at 33% or 38%. More

A copy of the UDC Secured Investments prospectus and investment statement are available free of charge. UDC has a guarantee under the New Zealand Retail Deposit Guarantee Scheme for its UDC Secured Investments only. Crown Guarantee investor eligibility criteria, a maximum $1,000,000 (1 million) guarantee limit per investor, and a 12 October 2010 expire date apply. The Crown Guarantee applies to UDC Secured Investment products only.
